Open your account in one of these banks.Their ATM card can be used as Visa Debit Card.You have to activate international roaming on these cards.UBL's Wizcard is excellent as visa debit card.You don't have to need any activation as it is pre activated for this purpose.There are no session charges for the card usage.You have to pay only standard ATM charges for UBL Wizcard.
